Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects and described as the most modern cottage in the Muskoka‘s. 19,000 sq ft, featuring a geothermal system, 15 ft high glazing throughout, various cantilevered structures, Owen Sound Ledgerock veneer panels and bronze soffits and canopies. This project is featured in a 6-page article in the October 2025 Architectural Record and recently also won an award of excellence in design from Landscape Ontario.
