Project Management
Del Greco Project Management provides comprehensive oversight for custom residential construction from early planning through final completion. Acting as the Owner’s independent project manager, our role is to protect design intent, maintain schedule discipline, and ensure quality execution at every stage.
Pre-Construction
We collaborate with owners, architects, and consultants to review drawings, refine budgets, develop trade scopes, and establish clear construction strategies. Our team assists with methodology planning, technical coordination, and procurement support to ensure the project enters construction phase fully prepared.
Construction Oversight
During construction, we implement structured scheduling, ongoing drawing and shop-drawing review, trade coordination, and site quality monitoring. A dedicated site supervisor and project leadership provide regular reporting, performance evaluations, and advisory support on trade negotiations and progress draws while maintaining strict health and safety standards.
Administration & Controls
Our systems include document control, meeting coordination, communication management, scheduling, and compliance tracking for insurance and WSIB requirements. We maintain organized project records and streamline communication between all participants.
